KETTLEBELL FOUNDATIONS

Kettlebell training is one of the simplest and most versatile ways to build strength, conditioning, and movement quality. With just a single implement, you can train the entire body—efficiently and effectively.

Kettlebell Foundations is a 4-week program that teaches the essential skills needed to train safely and confidently. Participants progress from fundamental movement patterns to more advanced techniques, building strength and coordination alongside kettlebell competency. By the end of the program, you’ll have the skills required to join ongoing kettlebell classes and continue developing strength, fitness, and flow.

RUN FOUNDATIONS

Running is more than just logging miles—it’s a skill.

Run Foundations is a 2-hour interactive workshop designed to help you run more efficiently, comfortably, and confidently. You’ll learn the essential skills of good running—from posture and stability to striking and breathing mechanics—so you can improve speed and endurance without the wear and tear of simply adding more mileage.

Participants receive online video resources and are invited to return to future Run Foundations sessions within 6 months, giving you time and support to refine your form and make the changes stick

RESILIENCE CLASSES

Resilience classes are bodyweight-focused sessions designed to build durable strength, control, mobility, balance, and coordination. Rather than chasing intensity for its own sake, these classes emphasize movement quality, joint integrity, and the ability to adapt to real-world demands.

You’ll develop strength through full ranges of motion, improve how your body organizes itself under load, and build the capacity to move confidently—whether in sport, training, or daily life. Classes are intelligently progressed and coached to meet you where you are, making them challenging, accessible, and highly transferable.

Resilience is ideal for those who want to move better, feel stronger, and reduce the risk of injury while building a body that’s prepared for anything. .

KETTLEBELL CLASSES

Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning classes redefine what effective training looks like. Using kettlebells as the primary tool, these sessions blend strength, conditioning, and skill development into efficient, engaging workouts that challenge both body and mind.

Kettlebells allow for seamless transitions between movements, building full-body strength, power, and endurance while improving coordination and movement quality. Sessions are structured, progressive, and coached to ensure technique stays sharp as intensity builds.

These classes are ideal for those who enjoy dynamic, skill-based training and want a smarter, more versatile alternative to traditional gym workouts.

Completion of Kettlebell Foundations Program is required before joining these classes.
